Kinetic Control and the MACP would like to invite you to join us in Edinburgh, UK for the 3rd International Conference on Movement Dysfunction. We welcome delegates from all continents - physiotherapists, manual therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, exercise physiologists, sports scientists, sports physicians, and other health professionals involved in the assessment, management, rehabilitation and research of neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction.

This conference has established itself as a key conference for therapists working with movement and function and use movement, exercise and other strategies to rehabilitate movement dysfunction. The 1st International Conference on Movement Dysfunction, held in Edinburgh in 2001, was a huge success and enjoyed by over 500 delegates. Almost 700 delegates attended the second conference in 2005 with delegates attending from over 17 countries. Further developing our themes from 2001 and 2005 the theme for 2009 is applying research and science to clinical practice. This will link the science behind biomechanics, neurophysiology and biopsycho-social influences on movement and pain into clinical practice

The accessibility, hospitality and historic appeal of Scotland’s capital city and the overwhelming positive feedback form past conferences had made this the city of choice for the third venue. The EICC is a fabulous world class conference facility.

We look forward to welcoming you again in October 2009.
